Nicola turned to yoga to compliment her dance training and increase flexibility. Over the years, with each practice she discovered there was so much more to yoga than just stretching. As a result, in 2015, she embarked on her teacher training with Yoga London. She teaches dynamic vinyasa flow yoga, working to connect breath with movement. Each class aims to find the balance between strength and flexibility whilst focusing on finding some stillness from the world outside the studio walls.
