Carol dipped in and out of yoga through her 20’s & 30’s.
As the 50 birthday milestone came into her horizon, she decided to improve her lifestyle, increase her level of fitness and drop some weight. Carol came back to yoga, committing to a regular practice and incorporated with a healthy eating plan, lost 24lbs (12kgs) and 3 dress sizes!
Having experienced the transformative power of yoga in both her body and her mind, Carol decided to deepen her practice of yoga philosophy and asana and completed her Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga London in June 2015.
Carol is a friendly and approachable teacher and loves to help others connect more vibrantly with themselves through their yoga practice.
